Super fun and unusual treat for cookouts!Ingredients | Manti Russian Dish¾ cup milk1 (3.4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix¼ cup vodka½ cup coffee-flavored liqueur (such as Kahlua®)1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping (such as Cool Whip®), thawedDirectionsBeat milk and pudding mix together in a bowl using an electric mixer until pudding is thickened. Stir vodka and coffee-flavored liqueur into pudding; fold in whipped topping. Pipe or spoon pudding mixture into shot glasses. Freeze until ready to serve.I love making pudding shots in miniature ice cream cones to take to cookouts. I line a disposable pan with about 1/4-full of rice, place my miniature cones in the rice, so the rice supports them and they won't tip over while transporting. Then I take a plastic storage bag, roll it down about halfway, fill it with my pudding mixture, roll it back up, squeeze the pudding to one corner and then cut the corner off.
